Background
1. This memo informs you of amendments that have been made to the Access to Work (AtW) Holistic Assessments Provider Guidance Chapter 2 – Target Group and Eligibility, and Annex A (Needs Assessment Referral) and Annex B (Needs Assessment Report) to support you during the AtW Plus Proof of Concept.
