Provider memo 31: Coronavirus (COVID-19) self-referral provider guidance (draft)

Updated 23 December 2024

This memo is for Work and Health Programme (WHP) providers.

Issued by: Work and Health Programme Operational Policy Team

Background

You will be aware that adaptations to the WHP design are being considered to take into account a number of temporary measures necessitated by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

You have received letters of change or contract variations and will have noted that a self–referral process has been developed. This memo notifies you that a draft version of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) self-referral process will shortly be available through the Jaggaer system. The guidance is not yet available for formal use as this is subject to the CV04 variation.

Action

Please review the self-referral guidance to familiar yourself with the process. Go–live of the process will be agreed as part of the CV04 variation. This is a draft version for information only – we will issue the finalised version prior to go live and alert you accordingly.
