This report examines the awareness and influence of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and the extent to which owner occupiers have undertaken work on their property to improve its energy efficiency.

It also examines the extent to which households change their energy tariff and provides information on access to particular types of ‘infrastructure’, in particular internet, parking, mains gas and different types of space and water heating systems.

The English Housing Survey live tables are updated each year and accompany the annual reports.
