Details

The European Social Fund (ESF) Support for Families with Multiple Problems programme (ESF Families programme) began in December 2011 and is due to run until March 2015. It supports disadvantaged families, facing multiple barriers to work, to move closer towards and into sustainable employment.

The programme pays providers for ‘sustained job outcomes’. These are paid when a Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA) claimant is recorded as having achieved a total of 26 weeks in employment.

These statistics look at cohorts of participants who joined the programme at least 18 months ago, by the month they joined, and shows how sustained job outcomes have built up over time.

Periods covered are December 2011 to April 2012, May 2012 and June 2012.
