A correction has been made to table Asy_D04. The number of returns initially published in August 2020 for rows 26-30 of sheet ‘Asy_D04’ was an undercount. The data has been revised, and the number of returns now published is higher. A correction has been made to table Asy_04 in the asylum summary tables. The labels for those awaiting an initial decision by length of time (rows 8 and 9) were inverted, so those who were awaiting initial decision for “less than 6 months” should have been awaiting initial decision for “more than 6 months” and vice versa. The labelling is now correct. A correction has been made to table Cit_D02. The age group ’50-69’ was initially labelled as ’50-60’ for data from 2005 until Q1 2020 . The labelling is now correct. There has been no change to the number of grants for this period or category.
