These statistics set out overall level 2 and 3 attainment by:

  • age
  • cohort
  • qualification type
  • institution type

They also include breakdowns for those who were in state schools at age 15 by:

  • gender
  • ethnicity
  • special educational needs (SEN)
  • disadvantage
  • eligibility for free school meals (FSM)
  • measures for attainment of level 2 English and maths

Local authority data is provided by FSM eligibility and SEN.

Underlying data and metadata is provided for all tables. Also included in the underlying data are the main indicators presented at local authority district level, and by pupil groups relating to socio-economic background (FSM and disadvantage).
