The Monitor of Engagement with the Natural Environment (MENE) provides trend data on how people use the natural environment in England.

The MENE pilot study on visits to the natural environment by children is also available.

The MENE thematic report for 2014 to 2015 will be published in Natural England’s access to evidence catalogue (date to be confirmed).
