On 26 January 2017 a small error was spotted in the police workforce statistical bulletin. The flow chart explaining the police disciplinary system suggested that it was possible for a special case hearing to result in an outcome of management advice, a written warning, or dismissal with notice. These are not, in fact, possible outcomes following special case hearings. The flow chart was revised accordingly.
