This publication provides key statistics relating to the reoffending of offenders who were released from custody, received a non-custodial conviction at court, or received a caution, reprimand or warning.
Latest figures for the year January 2012 to December 2012 are provided and compared to the same period a year ago. Trends going back to 2002 are also presented. Also included are Interim reconviction figures for Peterborough and Doncaster payment by results pilots.
The bulletin is produced and handled by the Ministry of Justice’s (MOJ) analytical professionals and production staff.

Annex A: interim reconviction figures for Peterborough and Doncaster payment by results pilots
