Proven reoffending statistics: July to September 2020
Statistics on reoffending of offenders who were released from custody, received a non-custodial conviction, or a caution. In addition to the proven reoffending statistics covering the offender cohort period July to September 2020, this publication will also include proven reoffending rates for restricted patients, 2017 to 2019. These statistics were initially planned for publication in October 2020, but their release was postponed due to the impact of lockdown restrictions on access to the Police National Computer (PNC) at the time which was required for producing these statistics.

This publication provides key statistics relating to the reoffending of offenders who were released from custody, received a non-custodial conviction at court, or received a caution. Latest figures for the three-monthly July to September 2020 offender cohort are provided.
