*In the year ending March 2013, provisional data show that 77.1% of journeys on the Highways Agency managed network were ‘on time’. This is 0.5 percentage points lower than the previous year, ending February 2013.

The annual reliability measure consistently increased up to March 2012, but has fallen in the last 12 months.

Provisional data show that 77.7% of journeys on the Highways Agency network during March 2013 were ‘on time’, down 6.2 percentage points from March 2012.
