Details

The Universal Credit full service trial sites began operating from November 2014 and national roll-out started from May 2016.

In the trial sites, claimants can use a digital service to submit information to support a claim application and report a change of circumstances to it, or DWP agents can submit information on behalf of the claimants.

This publication provides ad hoc statistics on the proportion of claimants who submit these actions.
