Application for Judicial Review Case Management

Apply to the OISC to undertake Judicial Review Case Management (Checked and validated _ Mar 2019)

The 2017 Guidance on Competence permits OISC advisers authorised at “Level 3” to apply for an additional category of authorisation: Judicial Review Case Management (JRCM). The Guidance outlines the key areas of competence, skills and aptitudes required by advisers authorised to practise in this area.

Any “Level 3” advisers wishing to apply in this category need to complete and return a JRCM Application and Competence statement, providing the information and supporting documentation specified on the statement. All advisers in an organisation wishing to apply need to complete a separate statement.

Prior to applying, advisers must read the Commissioner’s Practice Note on Judicial Review Case Management .

Please note that only advisers already registered at OISC “Level 3” can apply.
