The product has been identified as presenting a high risk of electric shock as a person can touch part of the product that is at high voltage and may receive an electric shock and may be electrocuted. The product did not have an adequate earth connection.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008. The product does not meet the requirements of the Plugs & Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994 because the plug and cable are considered counterfeit.
