Hosanna House and Children's Pilgrimage Trust

The Hosanna House and Children's Pilgrimage Trust provides respite breaks for veterans of the UK armed forces with disabilities or special needs, along with their dependants.

About the Hosanna House and Children’s Pilgrimage Trust

The Hosanna House and Children’s Pilgrimage Trust (HCPT) organises group travel on the The Armed Forces Veterans Pilgrimage, which takes veterans who are disabled or unwell to Lourdes in May of each year.

This Pilgrimage coincides with the International Military Pilgrimage (IMP). Veterans and helpers are accommodated at Hosanna House, Bartres, which is around 5 kilometres outside of Lourdes.

The Pilgrimage provides respite for the veterans and their carers while also giving them the opportunity to share in the activities of the IMP, as well as excursions to other locations in the Pyrenees. It’s a time for camaraderie while being well cared for in an idyllic setting and environment.

The Pilgrimage is open to anyone regardless of their faith or having no faith.
