About Veterans Outdoors

Veterans Outdoors provides wellbeing support for veterans with mental health issues or those needing extra support to readjust in the period after their service careers.

Run by veterans for veterans, the charity offers a programme of healthy outdoor pursuits, alongside a range of emotional resilience courses and one-to-one social support sessions.

Open to all veterans, spouses and partners, the charity is also offers events and activities exclusively for female veterans.

Veterans can be referred by Op Courage, GP surgeries and other NHS mental health services.

Self-referrals are also welcomed.
