Details
Through this call the ESF Managing Authority is seeking projects using creative engagement methods to reach the target group to deliver: -
- Mentoring, support and advice (through one to one or group sessions where a number of individuals are in the same company) for people who are employed or under-employed, to help them understand their options for progression with their current employer or elsewhere;
- Signposting to funded support for training (e.g. Further Education/Higher Education loans);
- Accredited and non-accredited training to help individuals improve their skills, ultimately leading to higher earnings and greater career progression. NB The clear majority of training should be accredited. Applicants should state in their application the percentage that will be non-accredited;
- Support for Literacy - including ESOL and financial literacy - to address the wider social inclusion agenda, numeracy and ICT skills;
- An employer brokerage role – linking employed participants with employers.

Value
Approximately £3.5m of funding is available.
Deadlines
Full application deadline: 27th May 2019
Completion date
The project must be completed no later than 3 years and 6 months after the proposed start date.
