Child maintenance arrangements made after speaking to CM Options
Statistics on child maintenance arrangements made after speaking to the Child Maintenance (CM) Options service.
The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) aims to maximise the number of children (where they live apart from one or both parents) benefiting from an effective maintenance arrangement. CM Options provides a free and impartial service to help parents accomplish this.
These official experimental statistics provide data on the child maintenance arrangements made by separated parents after speaking to the CM Options service.
DWP publishes quarterly preliminary estimates and an annual publication containing finalised figures.
Following consultation with stakeholders the name of this statistical series changed on 23 January 2018 to ‘Child maintenance arrangements made after speaking to CM Options’.
