This publication provides data on numbers and percentages of effective family-based arrangements made by separated parents after contact with the Child Maintenance Options service.

It provides quarterly preliminary estimates of the number of arrangements in place at the end of September 2016.

We publish quarterly preliminary estimates and an annual publication containing revised figures.

We’ve developed these statistics using guidelines set out by the UK Statistics Authority. We’ve labelled them as official statistics.
