The Cabinet Office launched the Shared Services Strategy for Government in March 2021.

The Shared Services for Government Design Principles provide a framework of what good looks like, when implementing shared services programmes. This will ensure consistency across the five shared services centres, when delivering the aims of the Shared Services Strategy for Government.
