Direction 4: Electronic address for the delivery of objections under section 73 of the Land Registration Act 2002 (effective 20 March 2022)

Direction given under section 100(4) of the Land Registration Act 2002 and rule 19(4) of the Land Registration Rules 2003
I direct, under section 100(4) of the Land Registration Act 2002, that the electronic address to be used for delivery of objections under section 73 of the Land Registration Act 2002 and rule 19 of the Land Registration Rules 2003 is as set out below:
1.For the period beginning on and including 20 March 2022 to and including 1 July 2022, the electronic address to be used is that set out in Column 2 of the table in the Schedule to this direction against the name of the relevant office in Column 1 of that table.
2.From and including 2 July 2022, the electronic address to be used for all offices is [email protected].
This direction has effect on and after 20 March 2022 and replaces on that date the direction made on 5 October 2020 – “Electronic address for the delivery of objections under section 73 of the Land Registration Act 2002”.
