Details

An evaluation was commissioned in order to understand how the TA scheme was working and the impacts that the first TA auction had in relation to its intended objectives.

Phase 2 examined the experience of participants in meeting the scheme’s requirements and delivering DSR capacity during the 2016 to 2017 winter period, and follows on from phase 1 which looked at awareness of and initial participation in the scheme:
