Details

An evaluation was commissioned in order to understand how the scheme was working and the impacts that the first TA auction has. It was split into 2 phases. The first phase, which is reported here, ran from January to July 2016 and examined participation in the first TA auction. The second phase examines the delivery of capacity arising from the first TA auction during the winter period in the 2016 to 2017 delivery year.
