Details

In order to comply with legislation slaughterhouse operators need to identifiy the capacity of their pre-slaughter holding (lairage) facilities for different species. FAWC’s advice assesses the existing voluntary standards and scientific research and makes recommendations to help government provide guidance on this issue.
