This report sets out the NCARRB’s analysis of evidence given by relevant organisations and makes recommendations on the pay and allowances of NCA officers designated with operational powers from 1 August 2019. The government responded to the report in a letter to the Chair of the Home Affairs Select Committee.

The NCARRB provides independent advice to the Prime Minister and Home Secretary on the pay and allowances of NCA officers with operational powers.
