Details

Unintentional injuries are a leading cause of preventable death for children and young people and a major cause of ill health and serious disability.

You can find data on injuries suffered by children and young people in the home and on the roads on Public Health England’s Fingertips data website. You can also find unintentional injuries narrative reports which summarise data and evidence at local authority level, to support decision-making and prioritisation.
