Details

This synthesis is based on detailed primary research carried out for the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC), now the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), by Natcen, Eunomia and CSE in 2014-16.

The synthesis draws together the key evidence across the evaluation including applicant demographics and motivations as well as details of their customer journey. Additional evidence is provided from across the supply chain. Together the evidence provides insight into the impact of the RHI scheme.

The synthesis should be taken in the context of the full suite of these reports which include work package reports and data tables, including information on the methodologies and details on the specific elements of the scheme.

The original version of this report was published in January 2016. The latest version includes updates from the census of applicants to the domestic RHI between May 2015 and April 2016.
