Details
These rules allow you to install habitat structures made of natural materials occupying up to 100m of a main river.
The structures must occupy less than:
- half the width of the watercourse
- 100m length of the watercourse
- a quarter of the bank height
These rules do not allow the activity within:
- 8 metres of flood defences
- 50 metres of any river control works in or on the watercourse
- the fish breeding season
