Get an account so you can tell the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) about changes to your property or if you think your rateable value is too high.

How to register for an account
Register using your existing Government Gateway ID.
If you do not have a Government Gateway ID, you’ll create one when you register.
When to create a new Government Gateway ID
Create a new Government Gateway ID if you want anyone else to use your business rates valuation account.
Adding another person
You can add another person to your account during registration or under your account details in the service when you’re signed in.
You’ll need to be an administrator for your organisation’s Government Gateway account to add another person. You’re an administrator if you created the Government Gateway account or if you have been added as an administrator to the account.
Appointing an agent
When you have registered for an account you can appoint an agent to act on your behalf.
