Original consultation
Consultation description
The proposed changes have come about as a result of the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government issuing a Direction in February 2019 to the Regulator of the Social Housing to set a new Rent Standard.
The new Standard will also have regard to the Rent Policy Statement published alongside the Direction.
