Details

The first report features an introduction to, and summary of, the NATS airspace feasibility report and the Civil Aviation Authority’s (CAA’s) assurance work. This found that airspace modernisation was technically possible, and set out proposals for next steps towards a full airspace change design.

The second report is an impact assessment by the CAA about airspace change enforcement powers.

These reports have been published alongside the Aviation 2050 — the future of UK aviation consultation and additional supporting documents.
