These reports set out the work done as part of the trans-Pennine routes feasibility study.

The Department for Transport (DfT) commissioned this work and Mouchel conducted the analysis. DfT has provided an overview of the study which informed our ‘Road investment strategy’ (RIS) and particularly the ‘RIS investment plan’.
