Details

If you are an employee or employees’ representative you can make a complaint that the requirements for the appointment or election of negotiating representatives have not been complied with. These requirements are set out in Regulation 14(2) of the Information and Consultation Regulations 2004.

You need to make your complaint within 21 days of the appointment or election of a negotiating representative.

If you are an employer, the CAC will ask you to respond to a complaint.
